In our new location, we have expanded the workshop and have gotten back to custom building furniture,  while still bringing in our ever changing inventory of imported goods. Because of our beginnings, the feeling of solid wood and the look of “real” furniture is present in everything you see.  When you walk into TFW, you know right away that this place is different. 
This isn’t the typical mass produced furniture found in chain stores. 

Our furniture arrives from all over the world.  Indian armoires, buffets, and coffee table trunks may be
made from actual old doors, shutters, or moldings.  They are constructed from Sheesham or Kikor, dense and heavy woods
belonging to the Rosewood family, which create a distinctive mood.  The Indonesian mahogany is also handcrafted from solid
wood and is made with the same tools and techniques that were used 100 years ago, giving the furniture a noticeable character.  For a different feel, we have pine bedrooms pieces from South America that are available in painted or stained finishes, and even custom colors.  Our many hand painted accent pieces from China are exquisite.  New export markets are always opening. Though we began by selling antiques, we have certainly kept up with the times. And that means plasma TV consoles and wall units.  All of our importers have jumped on this bandwagon and we have built some great wall units ourselves.
